The MedTimes Magazine features the voices of students, alumni, and doctors as well as providing insight into their lives on campus. To match the wide variety of students' hobbies and interests, MedTimes creates enjoyable events and competitions. Not to forget, the annual Yearbook edition is a memorable note on which to end every year.

The writing team is responsible for featuring compelling content in MedTimes’ frequent issues and the yearbook, sharing the experiences of CoM and MSA events through engaging articles, and bridging the gap between faculty and students by conducting insightful interviews and giving students a voice in the MedTimes monthly releases.

Editorial Team

The editorial team is responsible for proofreading all submissions made by the MedTimes writers. This includes correcting sentence structure, grammar mistakes, and spelling mistakes to ensure the overall clarity of the piece. Preserve the writer’s voice. It also ensures that changes made do not change the meaning and message of the article.

The design team is responsible for designing posters for MedTimes, designing spreads for each writing piece, and putting forth the work done by photographers and writers in an aesthetically pleasing way.

The photography team is responsible for capturing images to be showcased in the monthly issues as well as the yearbook. They are also responsible for reporting events that relate to the CoM and the MSA, taking yearbook photos, and editing photographs.

Events/PR Team

The events/PR team is responsible for organizing events held by MedTimes (e.g. the MedTimes Gallery), this involves handling all bookings required (e.g.venue), refreshments, program agenda, and generating new ideas for audience engagement. It is also responsible for curating innovative themes for competitions hosted by MedTimes, coordinating with the MSA PR team for MedTimes related announcements, and handling feedback surveys from our students.
